CAUTIONS & TERMS •Van Tarang is located in close proximity of Rajaji Tiger Reserve, home to varied forms of wildlife. Being cautious is important, you are requested to remain in the lighted areas after dark •The fastest medical response is minimum 1 hour away and can take even longer due to off-road route. •Van Tarang does not take responsibility for such incidents leading to injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. However, we take all reasonable measures to ensure safety and well-being of our guests and their belongings. •Smoking and Eating are strictly prohibited inside the Tents. •Guest should keep their valuables, cash, etc in their safe custody and not leave unattended. •Guests will be held responsible for any damage to Van Tarang caused by them and will be asked to pay due damages •Van Tarang reserves the right of admission to any person in the premises •All disputes shall be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by Van Tarang and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts only.
